Antigua Guatemala
La Antigua Guatemala is located 29 miles south of Guatemala City. It was founded by the Spanish conquistadors in 1543 and it still preserves much of it’s original architecture. Was declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1979.
La Antigua is the primary tourist destination in Guatemala. You'll find a variety of accommodation options, restaurants, bars, discotheques, spanish schools and tours.
